摘要

在現今市場競爭日益激烈下,為了有效地縮短模製品開發時程及提昇開發效率,傳統模製品設計與製程開發各階段的產業均導入協同模式,期提昇模製品開發各階段產業間之溝通與協調能力。模製品設計與製程開發過程相當冗長,其各階段產業需要的相關資訊與知識甚多,為了能滿足模製品開發各階段之產業開發人員的知識需求,跨產業環境之知識整合與分享即扮演相當重要的角色,其整合與分享各種不同形態與異質性之模製品開發相關知識。因此,知識整合與分享已成為協同式模製品設計與製程開發的重要研究課題之一。 本研究主要在於發展一協同式模製品設計與製程開發之知識整合與分享機制,以整合和分享模製品設計與製程開發各階段的產業所提供之模製品相關知識,滿足產業開發人員對於知識的不同需求。為達上述目的,本研究主要任務包括協同式模製品設計與製程開發之流程模式化,本體論為基之知識模式建立,Web service為基知識整合與分享系統架構設計,本體論為基之知識整合方法發展,本體論為基之知識分享方法發展以及本體論為基之知識整合與分享機制實作。

Abstract

In recent years, the market competition of the product is stimulated fiercely becoming, to accelerate the development of the molding product and promote the efficiency of developing, traditional molding product design and process development make each stage industry bring into the way in coordination, in the hope of promoting molding product development and developing the communication and coordination among the industry of each stage. Because molding product design and process development course to be quite lengthy, the industry of each stage needs a lot of relevant information and knowledge. Furthermore, that the technological progress of the internet network service in recent years, in order to be satisfied with the product knowledge demand for developing every stage industry developer of the molding product development, through the assistance of the network service technology of internet, step the knowledge integration under industry's environment, then reach and combine molding product development relevant knowledge within all kinds of shapes and content heterogeneity, to realize molding product designing and process development in coordination is one of the important subjects that we needed to consider. This study designs the knowledge integration mechanism of molding product design and process development using ontology techniques, and combines the molding product design and process development relevant knowledge and that offer each industry of every stage, through offering industry developers' knowledge demand of every stage to the border network service, and then reach the development of accelerating the molding product development and promote the efficiency. Tasks in this study includes: (1) establishment of collaborative molding product design and development process, (2) ontology-based knowledge model construction for collaborative molding product design and process development, (3) designing of Web service-base knowledge integration and sharing framework, (4) development of ontology-base knowledge integration methods, (5) development of ontology-base knowledge sharing methods, and (6) implementation of ontology-based knowledge integration and sharing mechanism.
