摘要
二十一世紀知識經濟時代,知識成為組織的重要資產,而知識管理由於能有效協助企業進行知識之獲取、組織、儲存、轉換、更新、分享與創造,被視企業知識化之重要策略與方法。另外,由於資訊科技的進步,數位學習成為組織知識推播與擴散的方法,也成為組織知識管理之一環,故導入知識管理與數位學習將有利於成員之學習與知識分享及組織之成長而為必然之趨勢。 由於知識為數位學習之核心,亦為知識管理之元素,故知識管理與?位學習之成效繫於知?內容是否完備及能否滿足功能需求,因此為提升知識管理與數位學習之效益,需要一數位知識內容獲取、儲存、管理、分享之系統化方法及適當的知識儲存區設計,始能提供完善的知?內容並有效支援知識的管理與分享。 本研究提出一「結構化?位知?儲存區建構方法?」,本方法論包括程序、各步驟之目標、產出和有關的方法與技術,且依據此方法論建置一數位知識儲存區之實例,以提供數位知識儲存區建構與知識導入的指導原則與方針。 運用本方法?產出之數位知?儲存區,可為組織與個人帶?以下的效?:一、?域知?之正規化與模式化,二、增加知識的再用性,三、?域知?得以有效分享與擴散。
Abstract
With the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the most important assets of organizations. Knowledge management is consequently regarded as one of the promising strategies and methods for advancing an enterprise due to its ability to facilitate knowledge acquisition, organizing, storage, transforming, updating, sharing, and innovation. At the same time, as the rapid development of information technology and the widespread and profoundness of the internet environment, e-learning has become an emerging method to advance communication of organizations knowledge, and is often viewed as a part of knowledge management. Implementation of knowledge management and e-Learning thus become an inevitable trend for knowledge development of individuals and organizations. Since knowledge is the core of e-learning, it is also an element of KM. Therefore, the success of knowledge management and e-Learning relies heavily on the completeness of knowledge content and its ability to fulfill application requirements. It is necessary to provide a systematic approach for development of knowledge content and design of knowledge content repository to efficiently support knowledge management and e-Learning. The objective of this research is to develop a structured methodology for digital knowledge repository development, including the development process, and the goal, outputs, and related methods and technology of each step of the process, as well as to design and build a digital content repository using the proposed methodology. Through the knowledge repository established by means of the proposed methodology, the benefits that can be provided to organizations or individuals are as follows: (1) formalization and modeling of domain knowledge, (2) increasing the reusability of knowledge, and (3) allowing domain knowledge to be more easily sharing and conveying.
