摘要

現今之企業網站僅能依使用者搜尋之關鍵字提供相關之資訊或內容，而無法滿足難以用”關鍵字”具體表達之”隱性需求”；使得使用者無法有效地取得所需要有價值的資訊。為提高前述應用系統之效益，並達到個人化服務的目標，有必要以使用者隱性需求與〝適性化〞的觀點來發展企業網站。也就是資訊的提供者根據所蒐集到使用者的特性與行為，預測使用者可能的動作，主動提供進一步的資訊給使用者。　　本研究主要目的在發展一適性化個人資訊支援機制，使企業應用網站得以主動提供使用者進一步之資訊或服務，也能針對使用者之隱性需求提供相關資訊。本機制將使企業應用網站，如電子商務網站、網路教學平台及知識管理平台等，具適性化、個人化、主動性及互動性等特性，以提昇網站效益。

Abstract

Contemporary enterprise web-based systems can only provide information or content according to keywords, but are not able to fulfill the implicit requirements that cannot be defined in terms of keywords. Therefore it is not able to effectively acquire truly worthy information. To improve the effectiveness of enterprise web systems as well as to provide personal services, it is essential to develop enterprise web systems from the standing points of “personalization” and “adaptiveability”, that is to make the enterprise web systems be able to predict the possible actions of the users and provide related information in advance based on collected user characteristics and behaviors. 　　The objective of this research is to develop an Adaptive Personal Information Supporting Mechanism (APISM) to enable the capability of providing information or services actively based on users’ implicit requirements. The result of this research will enhance the adaptive, personalization, active, and interactive properties of enterprise web-based systems such as E-commerce Website, Web-based Leaning Platform, Knowledge Management Platform, and thus improve their effectiveness.
