摘要

虛擬企業被視為因應全球化競爭之有效提升企業競爭力的策略之一,虛擬企業係透過企業聯盟,整合跨企業流程之加值活動與資源。因此,供應鏈的管理為虛擬企業的基礎,而確保正確資源在正確時刻送至正確地點之流程監控,更在供應鏈管理中扮演關鍵角色。供應鏈監控系統之開發不只包含通訊、資訊與軟體工程技術,亦包含聯盟企業專業特質與流程之管理。開發一個有效的供應鏈監控系統仍舊為虛擬企業的一個技術挑戰。 本研究針對流程監控系統之開發,提出一個系統化的方法,使其能夠支援虛擬企業之供應鏈管理。供應鏈監控系統的雛形開發分成三個部份,第一部份著重於虛擬企業供應鏈管理之特性分析、定義與模式化;第二部份則專注於虛擬企業供應鏈監控系統之組態設計;第三部份則為虛擬企業供應鏈監控系統之架構設計與模式化。本研究之成果將使虛擬企業之供應鏈管理更為便利,進而促成虛擬企業之實現。

Abstract

Virtual enterprising is viewed as one of the most promising business strategies for manufacturing industries to meet global competition. The essence of virtual enterprising is to integrate the resources from different enterprises based on of the integration of value-added activities across enterprises through enterprise alliance. Therefore, the management of supply chain is the basis for virtual enterprising, and an effective process control that ensures the distribution of the right resources to the right places in the right time plays the key role in supply chain management. The development of a supply chain control system involves not only the technologies of communication, information and software engineering but also managing the characteristics and processes of a satellite set of allied enterprises. The development of an effective supply chain control system is still a technical challenge for virtual enterprising. This research presents a systematic approach to the development of a process control system that is able to support the supply chain management of virtual enterprising. The prototype supply chain control system development is done in three parts. The first part focuses on the characterization, definition, and modeling of supply chain management of virtual enterprises. The second part concentrates on design of the configuration of a virtual enterprise-based supply chain control system. And, the third part deals with the design and modeling of the architecture of the system. The results of this research will facilitate the management of supply chain in virtual enterprising and thus help achieve the goal of virtual enterprise.
