摘要

供應鏈管理為實現虛擬企業的方法之一,而供應鏈管理中又以供應鏈規劃最為重要,故供應鏈規劃之良窳為虛擬企業成敗之關鍵。由於供應鏈規劃牽涉層面廣且關係因素眾多,而目前尚無一套具體且完整之系統化方法與步驟,以致無法實現虛擬企業。 本研究之目的在發展一系統化之虛擬企業供應鏈規劃方法論,再依所提之方法論為核心,界定並研發相關技術,最後運用物件導向技術及統一模式化語言(UML),將方法論轉為系統開發模型,並依此模型實作虛擬企業之供應鏈規劃系統,以協助供應鏈之規劃系統,進而落實虛擬企業之目標。

Abstract

Virtual enterprise is viewed as one of the most promising strategies for industry to meet global competition. Supply chain management is one of the enabling activities of virtual enterprise. The success of supply chain management is heavily dependent on the planning of supply chain across enterprise. Therefore, many efforts from both industry and academic are made on the development of strategies and methods for better supply chain planning. However, up to date, there is no commonly acceptable approach and methodology for supply chain planning due to its involvement of various decision factors. The objective of this is to enable the practice of virtual enterprise through advancing the methodology and technology of supply chain planning. The objective can be obtained by: (1)developing the methodology and procedure for supply chain planning, (2)Identifying and developing core technologies for supply chain planning based on the proposed methodology, and (3)developing a supply chain planning system by integrating the core technologies. The results of this research will facilitate the supply chain management across enterprise, and consequently help achieve the goals of virtual enterprise.
