摘要
目前，諸如企業網際網路(Intranet)、辦公室自動化(Office Automation)與工程資料管理(Product Data Management)等結合電腦、網 路、應用程式與資料庫，強調實現高價值、高效率的資訊自動化作業環境 ，以充分達到支援人員與與團隊作業目的之系統，由於其功能及特色易於 彰顯，且在技術的開發上日趨成熟，導入此類系統(吾人統稱為-群組資訊 系統-Work Group Information System) 已成為企業電腦化的重要趨勢。 本研究的主要目的在設計一能協助企業導入群組資訊系統的程序與方法， 以支援企業迅速而有效的完成群組資訊系統的導入，使現代化的資訊科技 與經營理念(例如:再造工程、同步工程.....)得以真正為企業所運用，強 健企業體質以面對未來國際化與資訊化的競爭。
Abstract
"" Work Group Information System"",given its name by the researcher,is a system of integrating the computers,network, application software anddatabases,for coming up to an working environment with high valuable and effective functions,such as Intranet,Office Automation and Product Data Management System etc. With the development of techniques turningmature day by day,the function and characteristic of this system on complete actor-and-group work purpose are getting more and more evident. Thus,to implement Work Group Information System is anticipated a signi-ficant trend for the corporations improving their computerization in today. The chief purpose of the research is to develop a certain proceduresand methods,for the corporations implementing Work Group Information System quickly and successfully,and carrying out the modern informationtechniques and management theories (e.g. Re-engineering, Concurrent- Engineering),enhancing physiques to upgrade their competition capacities.
