摘要

虛擬企業化被視為二十一世紀企業競爭的策略之一。虛擬企業的精神為透過企業聯盟整合相關企業之活動、資源、資訊與組織，以降低成本、提高品質、並快速反應客戶的需要。而跨企業之資訊整合與分享為實現虛擬企業之核心技術。資訊分享系統的建立除了牽涉資訊、通訊及軟體工程等多方面技術外；還與企業特性、作業流程息息相關，而目前並沒有一套為大家所共同接受的系統化建立方法，以致企業虛擬化成效不彰。本論文提出一發展虛擬企業資訊分享系統之系統化方法以協助虛擬企業之實現。此一方法包括兩個階段，第一階段集中在虛擬企業之定義、特性分析、流程模式化、整合架構、及實現技術之探討。第二階段則根據第一階段之結果進行資訊分享系統之設計與開發。此系統包括一通訊與資料儲存之基礎建設、企業資料管理功能、以及資訊流通與控制機置，以支援虛擬企業中之聯盟同步工程。

Abstract

Virtual enterprising is viewed as one of the most promising businessstrategies to meet global competition in 21 century. The aim of virtualenterprise is to integrate the activities, resources, information, andorganization of enterprise by enterprise alliance, that enables cost leastand competability most. Information sharing is believed as the enabling technology for virtual enterprising. How to provide the right informationto the right place at right time in the right format across the boundariesof enterprises is still a technical challenge. This paper presents a systematic approach to the development of an information sharing system that is able to support the practice of a virtual enterprise. The approach includes the two phases: The first onefocuses on the definition, characterization, model, integration framework,and implement technique of virtual enterprise. The second phaseconcentrates on the development of an information sharing system basedon the results of the first phase. The system includes a communication infrastructure, an enterprise data repository, function for enterprise datamanagement, and mechanisms for information distribution and control,that supports the allied concurrent engineering of virtual enterprise.
