摘要
製程規劃是產品與製程開發中,為達低成本、高品質及短開發期目標的關
鍵性活動,在同步工程的環境中,電腦輔助製程規劃可用來幫助它達成目
標。領域知識可在產品開發中扮演一個重要的角色,提供製程規劃必要的
諮詢,使得製程更趨完善,據以製造出良好的產品。但是,領域知識卻難
以收集,且大部分都分散到各個專家手上。在產品與製程的開發中,常有
因為產品或模具設計人員的製造經驗不足,而導致需重新設計或製作,因
而產生成本增加、時程耽誤以及相對發生的品質問題。本研究的主要目的
,在以系統化的方法開發一知識伺服器,以供電腦輔助同步且協同式的射
出成形產品與製程開發所用。運用系統化的方法,摘要取出各個位階的知
識,開發一個以特徵及知識為基的電腦輔助模具製程規劃模組,來支援此
知識伺服器。該電腦輔助製程規劃模組所建立的知識規則,尚可提供一個
CAPP提示員,支援產品及模具設計時的模具可製性評估,以及早發現問題
,如此可加速產品的開發速度,而能以更短的開發期開發出低成本、高品
質的產品。

and process development, process planning is the critical
activity for reaching the goal of low cost, high quality and
less developing time. The computer-aided process planning(CAPP)
is used to facilitate this activity in a concurrent product and
process development environment. The domain knowledge play an
important role in this development cycle to support the process
planning for producing a good process plan, then a good product
could possibly be made. Unfortunately, the domain knowledge is
hard to accumulate and most of it is diversified to the
individual expert. Rework and redesign occur frequently in the
product development cycle due to the lack of manufacturing
knowledge on the part of product designer and mold designer,
causing higher cost, delayed schedule and lower quality.This
thesis presents a systematic approach to develop a knowledge
server for computer-aided concurrent product and process
development especially for the injection molding product.
Knowledge from each level of knowledge is abstracted using a
systematic method. A featured- and knowledge-based computer-
aided mold manufacturing process planning is developed and
supports this knowledge server and based on this CAPP module, a
CAPP advisor is also developed to support the mold''s
manufacturability evaluation during product design and mold
design stage, thus expedites the product development cycle. The
cost reduction, high quality part and shorter developing time
are easily achieved.
