摘要
知識經濟時代強調知識為組織最有價值的資產,有效之知識累積與分享能讓其價值最大化,透過新型態數位學習方式獲取知識與學習已成為趨勢;然而數位學習之教材提供屬於『one size fits all』的方式,大多缺乏考慮學習者個人知識、特質與喜好,不夠適性化、彈性化;此外,亦忽略了e-learning的本質為學習,應融入合適教學理論以更貼切學習需求;因此,如何給予適當學習引導、個人化之服務,依需求變動而修正調整是本研究之研究重點。 本研究以網路適性化學習為主軸,提出學習路徑規劃機制,運用基因演算法與動態規劃為理論基礎,強調內容、程序、呈現適性化與調整修正為機制特色,提供合適學習路徑輔助學習,以激發學習興趣與加速學習成效之目的。
Abstract
『Knowledge』is considered as the most valuable asset of the organization in the age of the knowledge-driven economy. Knowledge accumunacating and sharing effectively could make its value maximum. It has been a trend to obtain the knowledge and learn by means of the new way so-called e-learning. However, e-learning uses the approach of 『one size fits all』 to offer the teaching materials, which mostly lacks of thinking about the learners’ prior knowledge, characteristics, preferences and so on, and that’s not adaptive and flexible enough. In addition, it should integrate the learning theory into e-learning to achieve the learning requirements, but not to ignore that learning is the essence of e-learning. Therefore, how to give the right guidance, offer the personalized service, and provide with adjustment are the key issues of the research. The purpose of the thesis is to develop an adaptive mechanism for e-learning path planning based on the theories of genetic algorithm and dynamic planning. The features of the mechanism consists of four parts, including adaptation of content, procedure, presentation and adjustment. The results of the study will provide the right learning path to learners for assisting in learning, inspiring the learning interests and promoting the learning effects.
